A few minutes ago, this year's Allocation Draw was completed, a fair process of placing the countries into semi-finals. This year the draw was presented by two wonderful ladies, Filomena Cautela and Sílvia Albero.

     After a few minutes the results were as follows:

First Semi-Final, First half

•     Albania
•     Azerbaijan
•     Belarus
•     Belgium
•     Bulgaria
•     Czech Republic
•     Estonia
•     Iceland
•     Israel
•     Lithuania 

First Semi-Final, Second half

•     Armenia
•     Austria
•     Croatia
•     Cyprus
•     Finland
•     F.Y.R. Macedonia
•     Greece
•     Ireland
•     Switzerland 

Second Semi-Final, First half

•     Australia
•     Denmark
•     Norway
•     Moldova
•     Romania
•     Russia
•     San Marino
•     Serbia
•     The Netherlands 

Second Semi-Final, Second half

•     Hungary
•     Georgia
•     Malta
•     Montenegro
•     Latvia
•     Poland
•     Slovenia
•     Sweden
•     Ukraine

    In the First Semi-Final except all other countries, the right to vote will also have Spain, the United Kingdom and Portugal, as well as France, Italy and Germany in the Second Semi-Finals.
