Today was the final of Festivali i Këngës, the institution that has been celebrating talents, singers and bands who want to show off their work, their skills and, of course, in recent years offers the coveted ticket for the Eurovision Song Contest.
This year's winner of the show is Eugent Bushpepa, who won with the song 'Mall'. The song is written in the Albanian language, but it has not yet been known whether it will compete on the Eurovision stage with English lyrics. In recent years there has been a systematic change in the lyrics from the original Albanian to the English language, obviously the creators wanting to make the song and its meaning understandable to the public where it is addressed.
Eugent was born in 1984 and began his career as a singer-songwriter in 2006 and the type of music he represents is Rock and Alternative Metal.
